Description : WindowMaker dockable Xkb state indicator

fookb is a nice handy dockapp to show current Xkb state. It is capable
of executing a specified command upon switch and show customizable
graphics corrseponding to each locked group.

fookb has been packed by me as an example package for my nm application,
and my AM has accepted it, so it is ready to be uploaded.

fookb has been sponsored by algernon, so I close the bug. Sorry, missed
that INSTALL letter, so I have nothing more to include here.
