Sounds like it should be removed if it won't be adopted within some
time, say a couple of months.

btw, here some information for adopters:

Description: Library that enables writing Tcl scripts using the LDAP API
 This library allows you to call all the standard LDAP API functions from
 within a tcl or tk script. Searching, modification, deletion, etc.  are
 all implemented. LDAP is the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, and
 is used for many applications, such as name services (replacing NIS)
 simple web based database applications (using PHP3) and much more.
