prom-mew acts as a bridge between Mew the mailer and e-mail processors
like procmail. It analyzes the log generated by procmail, then tells
you which letters are unread and where they are. The usage is somewhat
similar to that of GNUS/Gnus.

Mew is mail user agent for Emacs. It has following features:

  - electronic mail
  - Thread is supported
  - MIME(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions)
  - PGP(Pretty Good Privacy)
  - Sophisticated POP support
  - POP biff is supported.
