What does this package do? If it transforms Docbook files to other
formats, then it probably *doesn't* transform general SGML files to
other formats.  That would imply it was a generic dsssl transformer.

Perhaps I'm wrong.  Perhaps it is.  But if not, SGML is a confusing
enough subject without confusing specific SGML doctypes with the
system as a whole.
