* Description     : A lightweight implementation of the Standard ML
  programming (SML) language, as revised 1997, including Modules and
  some extensions.  It implements large parts of the new SML Basis
  Library.  It contains an SML-to-byte-code compiler and a byte-code
  interpreter (based on the CaML Light interpreter).  It has separate
  compilation and can produce compact stand-alone executables.
