Bug#110273: ITP: lvcool -- "cools" the AMD K7 (Athlon/Duron) CPU

It can also severely screw up your system, cause data corruption and data
loss, and all sort of nasty things if your motherboard can not handle the
CPU switching the powersave mode on/off (30 A step in 1.75V line), or it
detaching/reataching from the FSB bus (which can corrupt PCI bustmastering
transfers).

I suggest you make that very much clear to the user, and allow she to abort
the install.
