Bug#80590: xlhtml 0.4 packages are available, ready for upload

Hi,

(I've sent this mail to people who might be interested in Bug#80590:
ITP: xlhtml -- XLS to HTML converter)

I've been looking forward this package to be part of Debian
distribution so long, but it is left almost for a year. So I've made
local package of the latest stable version 0.4.

Rainer, if you aren't interested in this stuff anymore, I can upload
them instead (and maintain them). Anyway, I'll upload this to Debian
in a few days if none objects.
