Bug#107247: a hopefully good solution for the zcode games

I intend to kind-of-adopt these in the following way:

I'll write and package a generic installer for zcode from the
if-archive (this is almost done). Should go to contrib, I think.

Then I'll upload empty versions of these packages that will depend on
the installer and will use it to download & install their game.
Purging these later will not remove the games as they are owned by the
installer now. Therefore these dummy packages can be safely removed by
users. After the next release they are removed from the archive as well.

Any gripes or suggestions?
