Yes, but I'd like to fork since I don't want to offend Andre. And
actually, I don't plan to upload to CPAN because it's enough work to
keep up with Debian bug reports ;)

That is possible, but I don't think so judging from the mail exchange
I had with Andre in the beginning of this year.

Additionally, I don't think that Net::GrpNetworks is a good name for
that module. What do you think about Net::IPNetMember?
