Since I also maintain xpenguins, I'd also like to package the Xpenguins
Themes and Xpenguins: the gnome applet. The gnome applet is distributed
under the GPL. The licence of the themes is somewhat unclear. From the
homepage:
The themes are `The Simpsons', `Sonic the Hedgehog' and `Winnie the
Pooh'. They were created by Robin Hogan from animated gifs found on
the web. Therefore the license/copyright situation is somewhat
uncertain and so I am distributing them separately."
So i'm not sure if they can go into Debian (probably not). I'll talk to
upstream about this, and I'll ask him where the icons were gotten.
Both packages can be downloaded from http://xpenguins.seul.org/
