ngrep package maintainer unreachable.

To whom it may concern,

     I apologize if this is the wrong address to be using, but after
     perusing the contacts page it was not clear to whom I should
     address my problem.  

     I am the author of ngrep, and have tried reaching the package
     maintainer of ngrep with no success.  I have also tried contacted
     individuals who were involved in discussions relating to ngrep's
     inclusion in debian, and they have not answered either.  

     I have a question concerning the license I am using, and trying
     to determine why ngrep remains at version 1.35 in your
     distribution (while the latest version is 1.39.2).  Does anyone
     know what happened to the ngrep maintainer?  Or perhaps there's
     someone else that can help me with my questions?  Any insight or
     direction would be appreciated.
