Bug#91842: Debian package ready and sent to Debian

The bug should stay open until the the package is in unstable. It's the
best when you close the WNPP bug in the changelog of you r package, so it
gets automatically closed when the package goes into unstable.

When you upload a new package the ftp admins have to edit the override
file and a few days later (after the override file was changed) your
package goes in unstable.

It wasn't a big mistake, my answer did perhaps sound a bit more imrtant
than this issue is.
