wine-development has been updated very often lately, from 6.0 up to
6.8 in the last two months only. I think we can expect an update of
wine-stable to 7.0 when the updates of wine-development reach this
version.
On the other hand 7.4 is the upstream version of wine-development, not
wine-stable. So you might have submitted this bug report against the
wrong package if the development version if the one you wish to use.
