Bug#946699: wine: Lotus Notes 6.5 font drop down list corrupt after upgrade to buster

Now I tried the same with two differend wine builds from wineHQ sources.

Wine 4.21:
same behaviour as with debian buster stock wine:
corrupt font list


wine 1.8.7 --without-freetype
The windows in the setup procedure (both winecfg and notes setup)
are collapsed to bare lines ~ 10 px high 1px with (winecfg) 
resp. 1 px high and width of decoration (notes setup)
So, looks like we have obviously invisible fonts.

Whole X gui renders irresponsive, but I can switch to virtual consoles
This does not change, even when I kill all wine and notes processes on
a virtual console.


There were font related messages on the terminal.
I captured them, but the file was gone due to the freeze.


Tried reproduing with buster 4.0 wine:
