I can reproduce this, the error happens after clicking "Cancel" in the
"TreePad quick start" window. Did you experience any specific issues
because of that?
It happens also with the regular installer from
http://www.treepad.com/download/tpxsu1.html, both with the Debian wine
packages and the Winehq wine-devel packages. Can you report this at
https://bugs.winehq.org/ and report their bugnumber here?
I understood this is a regression from previous good Wine versions?
Then please also report the last known good Wine version.

I fail to see what's skewed in there. Maybe mark it in the screenshots
and also forward upstream.
