Hi, especially hi Stephen, the first upload to stretch-backports has to go through NEW, so I need a sponsor for my prepared uploads of unicode-data and wine. Further they need a non-source-only upload because of that (afaik). Stephen (or any other DD who is in the backports ACL), can you do this one time sponsoring once again for me? If not, please just give a short answer and I'll ask at debian-mentors. The unicode-data backport was acknowledged by its maintainer (https://lists.debian.org/debian-backports/2018/01/msg00054.html). I've successfully built and tested these packages in a stretch environment. unicode-data 10.0.0-3~bpo9+1 Have a look at it: https://mentors.debian.net/package/unicode-data and get it with: dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/u/unicode-data/unicode-data_10.0.0-3~bpo9+1.dsc And build it with e.g.: debuild -g -v9.0-1 Changes: * Rebuild for stretch-backports. * Add myself as uploader (for stretch-backports). wine It's on the stretch-backports branch, commit dc601b2480c66f577d2d38f1ecf1c2017ad0d175. Or have a look at it: https://mentors.debian.net/package/wine and get it with: dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/w/wine/wine_3.0-1~bpo9+1.dsc And build it with e.g.: debuild -g -v1.8.7-2 Note: -v is not required, but recommended. The mentors QA page complains that wine closes bugs in a wrong way, because most were filed against wine-development. I'd say this warning can be ignored in this case. Changes: * Rebuild for stretch-backports. * Make versioned dependency on debhelper backports safe. Greets and thanks in advance! jre
