I've prepared gnome-exe-thumbnailer 0.9.4-1 and uploaded it to mentors:

This upload includes a new release, which adds new icon themes and
support for setting a max file size to be thumbnailed. I've also updated
various links to point to the new GitHub repository of
gnome-exe-thumbnailer, and added a patch to fix compatibility with
Cinnamon (which I normally use).
