libwine.so.1 continues to be available.

$ sudo apt-get install libwine:i386
[...]
Setting up libwine:i386 (1.8.1-2)
$ dpkg -L libwine|grep libwine.so.1
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/wine/libwine.so.1.0
/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/wine/libwine.so.1
