[pkg-wine-party] Re-enable Lintian checks

I thought that Lintian checks are going to be useful in the long run,
so I modified prep-install.sh a bit to replace the multiarch tuples
with wildcards.

Using dh_lintian should be fine these days, it was introduced with
debhelper 6 four years ago.
