[pkg-wine-party] Bug#676598: linbwine-bin upgrade problem

I can confirm this issue and when I try to remove libwine-bin and 
wine-bin I get the following error :

  libwine-bin wine-bin

11 not fully installed or removed.
After this operation, 15.9 MB disk space will be freed.
