[pkg-wine-party] Some important fixes for 1.1.35

Hi,

I've fixed the ftbfs on amd64 and disabled the powerpc archs as the
issue isn't fixed until 1.3.9 upstream.  See attached debdiff.  It
would be nice if someone were able to review, apply, and upload a
version containing these fixes.
