Well, this is the problem. I cannot create that using the existing 
hard coded architecture types in the dpkg and the duplicated hardcoded
set in the deb helpers.

It is in fact just a statically linked lib and a set of datafiles.
I dont see why i need to modify them, but i will look. It looks like a
permissions error in the dpkg, i dont know where.
