Packaging OpenJPIP

Dear all,

  I would like to enhance the current openjpeg package [1]. I would
like to provide the jpip server as a debian package. The installation
is fairly simple [2]. What I would like to know is if someone could
recomment a package to take as an example to achieve my goal.
  I need to provide a simple exe (opj_server) and a default
fastcgi.conf text file.
