progress on webapps-common, maybe a version in experimental this week

hey folks,

guess i've had a productive weekend :) i got at least the rough workings
of the last big feature i wanted to see before unleashing this package
on the unsuspecting populace -- namely dbconfig-common support for
multi-instance apps. so now it should be possible to set up a webapp
(assuming the webapp can support it) for multiple vhost subdir
combinations, each with its own database/user setup.

it's still a little rough around the edges. namely:
 - there's no way yet to generate per-instance *configs* for the
   databases, eheh..
 - you're forced to enter the admin password for each instance
 - removal/purging might not yet work without an unreleased
   dbconfig-common version
 - the "put 100 instances in this config file and dpkg-reconfigure
to install for all of them" feature doesn't yet work for
the db stuff (well it does interactively, but the batch management
   doesn't)

for those interested, take a look at the webapp-apache-dbapp-example
package in ./examples.

oh, i still haven't addressed the apache vhost issue, i'll see about
getting to that sometime this week, and after that i'll fire away
something at experimental.
