Turn php4-xx into php-xx source package

Hi all,

I'm currently maintaining a php4 package which I would like to
make available for php5 as well. That requires to change the name
of the php4-ps source package into php-ps. The new php-ps will
create a php4-ps and php5-ps binary package. I don't see where
this could cause trouble if I retain the version numbering.
But I better ask before I mess up.
