If I export DEB_BUILD_PROFILES=nojava, gettext builds successfully with dpkg-buildpackage and sbuild on hppa:

By itself, gettext does not build with the sbuild --profiles=nojova option. This suggests that adding the $build_profiles
option to the sbuild configuration won't work by itself.
Don't know how to address webpage and wanna-build issue.
