[p-a-s/sid] Update from Adrian Bunk

< bunk> tvtime I have QA uploaded, entry can be removed.
< bunk> mz entry should be removed, this is just a normal bug (#573810) and after upstream died in 2011 the tool was moved to netsniff-ng (#961969).
< bunk> ntp entry should be removed, after looking at #418913
< bunk> gpart entry should be removed, this is based on a 1999 bug regarding endianness and other portability issues. There is at some endian handling in the current version, and the current architecture list is very arbitrary.
< bunk> ocamlgsl entry should be removed, it will just run into the same #error on armel as it already does on armhf and mipsel.
