A give back means retrying a failed build, which isn't the case here;
you want a binNMU instead, which is usually handled by the release team
instead.

Hopefully this will do the trick:

    kibi@wuiet:~$ wb nmu comskip . ppc64el . unstable . -m "Rebuild on buildd."

(But it's been a while since I last did that, so please monitor and poke
me back if needed.)
