Hello,

Please give back the latest golang-golang-x-tools
(1:0.0~git20190809.6d4652c+ds-1) on mipsel which ended up building fine
on mipsel porterbox eller.debian.org, so hopefully the build failure on buildd
was a temporary glitch.

  gb golang-golang-x-tools_1:0.0~git20190809.6d4652c+ds-1 . mipsel

While you are at it, could you please also try to give back
golang-1.11 on MIPS architectures?  :-)

(Oh, I see that has been done once or twice... and I just realized I
mistakenly did a binary upload instead of source upload...  Maybe I'll
try a new upload again.)
