Please give back libaqbanking on hurd-i386

libaqbanking's last build failed on hurd-i386

The reason for the build failure is caused by the build using of a buggy
gwenhywfar-tool package (4.20.0-5), which was only in the Debian archive
for a pretty short time, i.e. until I noticed the regression and
uploaded a fix for it in 4.20.0-7. At the time of the build the
libgwenhywfar build for 4.20.0-7 wasn't uploaded on hurd-i386 yet, so an
outdatede build was used. The fixed libgwenhywfar version is available
on hurd-i386 meanwhile.

Please give back libaqbanking on hurd-i386.
