The builds of glibmm2.4 2.56.0-2 on kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386 failed with: error: 'g_application_set_option_context_parameter_string' was not declared in this scope According to https://developer.gnome.org/gio/stable/GApplication.html#g-application-set-option-context-parameter-string g_application_set_option_context_parameter_string is available since glib2.0 vesrion 2.56. However, the glibmm2.4 2.56.0-2 on kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386 were attempted using glib2.0 version 2.54: Selecting previously unselected package libglib2.0-dev:kfreebsd-amd64. Preparing to unpack .../90-libglib2.0-dev_2.54.2-1_kfreebsd-amd64.deb ... Unpacking libglib2.0-dev:kfreebsd-amd64 (2.54.2-1) ... The glib2.0 version 2.56.1-2 is now available on kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386, so a give-back should succeed (or at least not fail for the same reason). The Build-Depends in the glibmm2.4 source package states libglib2.0-dev (>= 2.50.0), which is insufficient and should be changed to libglib2.0- dev (>= 2.56.0). Related to this: The build of nordugrid-arc 5.4.2-4 on kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386 failed due to a known bug in glibmm2.4: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=889648 The bug is fixed in the latest version (but the BTS bug has not been closed). So once the above give-backs are completed and the new builds are installed, I would like to request a giveback of nordugrid-arc on kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386 that uses the new version. Mattias
