libasis2018-dev/2017-3 is buggy because it depends on gnat/gcc-8 but
relies on headers describing gnat/gcc-7 internal structures.
This is fixed in libasis2018-dev/2018-1.

On such architectures, an attempt may fail or not depending on the
available version of libasis2018-dev.
I believe that a dep-wait fixes both problems.
