Please remove extra Build-Depends from kate

Hi,

because of the usage of libgit2 & its associated transitions, in the
past the extra libgit2-dev Build-Depends was added to kate, at least
for the two kfreebsd architectures.
In my latest upload, 4:17.08.3-3, the libgit2-dev build dependency is
dropped, so can you please remove it on w-b side too?
