Yes. They're all set up the same, connected to the same patch panel to
the same switch. What has changed in the last few weeks is that a
broken fibre uplink was swapped out. That was causing problems on
uploads for a while, but it's now fixed. I don't see enough
consistency in the buildd logs to be able to say if that's helped or
not in the case of this bug, yet.
