Please give back dh-ada-library in experimental on all architectures.

Hello,

There was a bug (missing dependency on libxmlada-*7-dev) in libgpr1-dev
that caused dh-ada-library to FTBFS on all architectures.
This has been fixed in libgpr1-dev 2017-2.
Please give back dh-ada-library on all architectures
where it is not already BD-Uninstallable for unrelated reasons.

gb dh-ada-library_6.11 . amd64 arm64 i386 mips ppc64el s390x powerpc ppc64 sparc64

(All three source packages are currently in experimental,
 but I am not sure whether ". experimental" should be appended here)
