Please give back mash_1.1.1-1 on ppc64el

Hi,

please give back mash_1.1.1-1 on ppc64el. The latest build on ppc64el
was failing [1] due to unknown reasons I was unable to reproduce in a
clean sid chroot on a ppc64el porterbox (plummer.debian.org), where the
build succeeded without problems.

gb mash_1.1.1-1 . ppc64el
