Please give back haskell-shake

Hello,

There was a bug in haskell-js-jquery (libghc-js-jquery-dev and
libghc-js-jquery-data should be of the same version, but this dependency
was not there) that caused haskell-shake to FTBFS. This has been fixed
in haskell-js-jquery/1.12.4-2. Please give back haskell-shake on
armel, armhf, i386, powerpc, kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386.
