I have scanned buildds for jessie-security configuration and the
results were the following...
merulo, spontini, lebrun, ball, corelli, x86-bm-01 (arch all buildd),
ia64-arm-01
... are missing the configuration (all the rest have it).

I believe it's fine as those are either dodgy hardware replaced with
better one, or plan to be decomissioned
