BD-Uninstallable empty-dependency-after-parsing

Hi,

a recent upload of the runit package, after more than three years, is
not automatically built on all archs it should
 https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=runit&suite=sid

The wanna-build code says:

# Think: Would it be possible that a package has an empty list on some architectures? 
# At least as of now, empty is also an error from Dpkg::Deps, so better just prevent anything from building
return "empty-dependency-after-parsing" unless $deps;

Yes, it is possible ;).  Can you please take a look?
