Please dw on libkvm-dev (>= 9.2+ds1-7) for torque on kfreebsd-*

Hi

torque upload to unstable failed[1,2] due to a problem in freebsd-libs
(#729536).

freebsd-libs fixing this issue was uploaded to unstable, could you
please dw on it for torque such that it can be builded, thus allowing
a migration to testing?
