Please give back haskell-openpgp-asciiarmor/mipsel

The last attempt to build haskell-openpgp-asciiarmor on mipsel failed
with an ICE:

However, I tried this on the porter box and it succeeded.  This was with
a slightly newer version of GCC (4.6.4-2 vs. 4.6.3-15) so it's possible
that the compiler crash has been fixed, not to mention that the build
log itself notes that the problem is unreproducible.  Could you please
give it back?
