Please give back Haskell failures that will now be BD-Uninstallable

Hi,

We disabled GHCi on armel/armhf due to several problems that are
intractable in the current version of GHC. This will effectively
convert quite a number of failures of Haskell packages on these
architectures to BD-Uninstallable states. It would make our
buildd.debian.org maintainer page a lot easier to read if the packages
in question (those with direct build-dependencies on ghc-ghci) were
given back, and it wouldn't consume any resources on the buildds since
they will just sit in BD-Uninstallable. Would you consider this?

  gb haskell-boomerang_1.3.1-3 . armel armhf
  gb haskell-data-accessor-template_0.2.1.10-3 . armel armhf
  gb haskell-distributive_0.3-2 . armel armhf
  gb haskell-file-embed_0.0.4.6-3 . armel armhf
  gb haskell-options_0.1.1-3 . armel
  gb haskell-profunctors_3.3-2 . armel armhf
  gb haskell-shakespeare-css_1.0.2-3 . armel
  gb haskell-shakespeare-text_1.0.0.5-3 . armel
  gb haskell-syb-with-class_0.6.1.4-2 . armel armhf
  gb haskell-type-level_0.2.4-7 . armel armhf

Thanks,
