Please give back eigen3 on mipsel

Hello,

eigen3 failed to build on mipsel, with the strange "configure error".
On other platforms it is built fine.

Since May 2012 eigen3 always fails to build on "mayer" [1]. On other
machines there are no such problems.

Please, try to rebuild.

gb eigen3_3.1.0~rc1-1 . mipsel
