Please give back {mpqc,aces3,espresso,cp2k,nwchem} on armel/armhf and {nwchem,espresso} on mips

Hi,

now that #666110 has been fixed, the following packages can be retried
on armel/armhf:

mpqc, aces3, espresso, nwchem and cp2k (cp2k only armel)

Further, the following packages should be retried on mips, though on
another buildd as corelli (preferably ball):

nwchem,espresso
