Please give back openturns on s390

Hello,

swig 2.0.5 had a bug which made generation of Python wrappers failing
on s390, see

  http://bugs.debian.org/673544

Swig 2.0.6 had been quickly released to fix it, and is now available
on s390, please give back openturns 1.0.3 on s390:
  gb openturns_1.0-3 . s390

I am not involved at maintaining the packages below, but I guess that
gdcm could be rebuilt too
  gb gdcm_2.2.0-12 . s390
and hugin (from experimental) also failed:
  gb hugin_2011.4.0+dfsg-1 . s390
