apt 0.9.7 build failures



(I'm not maintainer, just curious)
apt 0.9.7 failed to build like this on several architectures
(armel,armhf,ia64,mipsel,powerpc,s390,s390x)
I guess it was some toolchain issue that is now fixed?
Should they be tried again on buildds?
Freeze is coming, do you still want to upload new version before it happens?
