Please give back evtest 1:1.30-1 on ia64, mips and mipsel

Dear wanna-build team,

evtest was bitten by the old zlib1g packages on some ia64, mips and mipsel
buildds (#673297). Since the chroots have been upgraded, it should be safe to

  gb evtest_1:1.30-1 . ia64 mips mipsel
