And they failed again because keyctl.o still isn't build with
-fPIC.  But it should probably be build with -fPIE instead.

Also the "-fPIC -fPIE" for the shared library doesn't make sense,
that should only be -fPIC.

amd64 is more strict in properly using -fPIC/-fPIE that most other
arches.
