please give-back qt4-x11/ia64

Hi,

few days ago, qt4-x11 4:4.7.3-8 FTBFSed on ia64, and my multiple 
attempts to reproduce the build failure on the porterbox were not 
successful.
In the hope it was a transient issue, would it be possible to give 
it back?

gb qt4-x11_4:4.7.3-8 . ia64
