Please give back opencv on armel and other

Hi,

openvrml build failed on armel, hppa, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386 and mips.

The Problem of armel and hppa was fixed by doxygen 1.7.1-2.
The problem of mips and other confirmed in porterbox, but did not reproduce. 
I want to build again.

Please give back opencv on armel and other.

gb openvrml_0.18.6-1 . armel hppa kfreebsd-amd64 kfreebsd-i386 mips
